2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CARD WALLETS / MEMBERSHIP

1 . The wallets contain private information that is the responsibility of the user.
AgaveCoin is NOT responsible for the loss of public key and private key.
If the user loses his CARD WALLET that has his public key and private key printed, he will lose access to his cryptocurrencies; AgaveCoin does not keep a backup of the public keys and printed private keys of the CARD WALLETS delivered to the user, therefore; AgaveCoin will not refund the tokens of the corresponding public key, AgaveCoin will not refund tokens to the user, AgaveCoin is not responsible for loss of tokens or capital derived from hacking activities inside and outside exchanges or as a consequence of misuse by the user.
